How can you benefit from this?
As mentors or youth-serving organizations you can use all materials provided on this website for free.
As a young person interested in mentoring you may get in touch with any of the organizations involved in this project to support you in your job-search, your professional development or mastering challenges through e-mentoring.
Unemployed young people face a number of obstacles and may be less motivated to participate in the communities they live in. Mentoring can play an important role in strengthening the ties between unemployed youth and various actors in their communities. These relations can serve to encourage personal development, promote employability and the potential benefits of overcoming of personal economic difficulties.
E-mentoring takes this work virtual, using blended approaches to supplement face-to-face interactions.
